I can't get specificContent in a queue element when there is content

Hello, I am trying to access the content of a queue item using transactionItem.SpecificContent… in which there is a JSON. This robot has been working for more than 5 years and without having made any changes it could obtain the content of the transactionItem and now it tells me that the content is null.

I manage to get the reference.

As you have seen, it gives the reference number in all the items in the queue that have finished correctly.
