I cant get exact dates when i used this filter expression in get mail

i cant get exact dates when i used this filter expression in get mail “ReceivedDateTime ge “+frmdt+” and receivedDateTime “+todt+””

Like if i give input as 2022-10-15 in fromdt and 2022-10-20 in todt then i get output as only for 15 to 19 only and im not not getting values for 20

As followed if i mention 2022-10-21 to 2022-10-25 then im getting values for only upto 24 only

so please let me know how to get exact dates?
