I CAN'T FIND "TEXT BUILDER"

I want to use TEXT BUILDER but there is no option.
I do have Studio but do i have to get an license to get that option?

I think the Text Builder is available only in the StudioX.

If i am understanding your requirement right, you can use “Open in Expression editor” option shown on your screenshot to achieve the same.

It also includes option to use variables..

text builder is available only in studiox or if studio is set to studiox profile.
To use try to go to home → settings → license and profile → view or change profile → switch to studiox profile. no extra license is needed if you’re using the community edition.
