I can't able to open http sites

Hi now i’m doing read the URl, username and password from excel sheet. I can able to open only for the https sites. i can’t open http

A very first question comes in my head is are you able to open Http sites in browser manually? if yes, so assume you are only getting this problem via automation way?
and if so please confirm and also let us know your browser you are using via bot. :slight_smile:

Yes i can able to open it manually. when i try to open it from work flow i can’t able to open. it’s only for firefox browser.
It’s working fine in chrome browser.

so as per your statement all http websites are not working in firefox or only some?

Well as per my view it is because firefox by default support IP version 6(IPv6) , which may cause connection problems on certain systems.
So give it a try and disable it.

if still problem will persist then you can opt for other browsers if do not wanna delay in your projected work.

if wanna dig deeper then there will many scenarios like DNS prefecthing issues, Cookies etc
