「I cannot sign in from UiPath Assistant.」

I want to sign in to “Automation Cloud” using the UiPath Assistant’s interactive sign-in, but the sign-in button is not responding.

Normally, when I click the sign-in button, a browser opens, but when I click the sign-in button, nothing happens.

Also, I am not using a proxy server.

Please how to deal with it.

How are you connected to orchestrator?

Via machine key or service url?

Can you show screenshot of your assistant → preferences-> orchestrator settings ?

Can you change the connection type to machine key and connect?

With the machine key login, sign in usually automatically happens.

Hie @Jun_Jun after passing this URL are you getting any pop up which takes you on edge for authentication.? and try to pass the URL where you get the tentant name also like this

https:/ /cloud.UiPath.com/yourtentantname/DefaultTenant

and if still this not work try with Machine key

Are you using any Integration Service in your process?

Or try enabling user to run automations:

Tenant → Manage Access → Users → Edit → Personal automations setup → Enable user to run automations

After clicking on Sign in option check your browser there will be a pop up will come
there you can proceed with login process.

Check your default browser or check all browsers for any popup from UiPath.
