how to select drop down if i close the excel drop down list also closing

you can press f2 to pause recording

I am not recording anything I have to select drop down list in excel

Use Click Activity to click on drop down menu and then use one more Click activity to select item from the list. Before performing second click activity just press F2 and it will pause for 3 sec and then select item from the List.
