I can get access to specific links on the web but not open internet. I want to have a list of endpoints that the Studio hits on the backend so that I can get them to the team to make them available for use.
Or is there any other way to use it on the server without internet access. Without internet, I am not able to download any package and the connection also gets disconnected(It shows Robot Error).
UiPath needs access to certain websites to download packages, activate licenses, and connect to orchestrator. if your server can’t access the internet fully, you’ll need to allow those specific urls through your firewall.

Sounds like you need the on premise version of UiPath.
That will be hosted internally by you so just requires access to locally hosted resources within your network and not the internet.
You can make sure any packages you need are hosted there.
Internet is mandatory if you are going with UiPath cloud.
If your environment is a closed environment - Best option would be to go with UiPath on premise deployment where the servers will be hosted within your environment and only internal access needs to be opened
To setup UiPath on premise - you need to get in touch with UiPath, Internal IT team and infrastructure team.
On prem orchestrator does not need internet or access to external urls can work on your servers but few latest features might be missing and maintainance is on you
If going with cloud there there are specific resources that are needed like pckage feeds, orchestrator access and for each feature there would be different urls to be whiteisted based on the usage
Apart from these if you want to build or run and no other capabilities are needed there is an offline version you can install as well with offline license code which is a separate license again
