I am not able to download package from manage packages

Hi,

I have some pre installed packages when I open new process, but I am not able to see them in manage packages - project dependencies or I am not able to go to all packages and download new package everything is showing empty.

I am using version 2022 community edition of studio.

Any help is appreciated , Thanks in Advance
