Qualifications:

• 2-5 years’ experience in technology consulting and programming

• Previous experience with Intelligent Automation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) implementation projects

• Expertise in UiPath preferred

• Strong problem solving, business analysis, and business process improvement experience

• Experience managing technical solution development and presenting solutions

• Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, support, and maintenance

• Experience working as part of a collaborative team that operates within the Agile and/or DevOps methodologies

• Ability to work with minimal guidance in at least one of the following languages/concepts: VB, .NET, Python, HTML, Java, statistical models and machine learning algorithms

• Lean/Six-Sigma certification is a plus

• Experience supporting pre- and post-implementation change management is a plus

• Post-pandemic willingness to travel up to 50%

• This role can be based anywhere in the U.S.
