Hi,
I am in a unique situation where I am required to automate a seemingly simple web automation task. But I am unable to do so.

  1. Uploading given Files (Drug/Ligand-SDF and Target/Protein-PDB)
    The file is then processed (process duration is varied) and result page appear.
  2. Downloading and Scraping data from web server.
    Each folder contains 1 SDF file against which all the respective targets in the folder will be assigned. There are multiple such folders.
  3. Table with Values
  4. Files Downloaded from the result page.

It has become kind off tricky any help will be very greatful
