We have some production jobs run on HTTP based web applications & we are expecting that it will be replaced by HTTPS. Would it have any impact on the selectors currently used?

No.
Https and Https both of these are protocols using which the information of a particular website is exchanged between Web Server and Web Browser.
Concise difference between http and https is that https is much more secure compared to http for Information exchange between Web Server and Web Browser.
This does not affect accessibility or performance in any way of a website
