Hi. I have been getting the following error message from Orchestrator after it has been sitting idle for a while. There were some recent IP address changes for Orchestrator and not sure if this is due to that or not. I’m not seeing any performance or running issues with my processes and not sure what it means.
401 error states there is an auth issue..but may I know what ip changes happened on orch? As I see yours is a cloud orch I believe you are not the one maintaining it..
Also its worth checking the network tab to know what the request is and move further
@Anil_G . This is the link to the IP Address changes that I mentioend. Wasn’t sure if our IT guys need to update their whitelist for Orchestrator and that is why the error is appearing.
You mentioened checking the Network Tab. Where do I find the Network tab?
This could be due to you being idle, which forces Orchestrator to want to re-authenticate.
You can define the Idle Timeout under Administration if you wish to change it.
