HTTP Error "500.30 - ANCM In-Process Start Failure For Insights"

Insights site is down with an HTTP Error 500.30.

  1. Error is seen when accessing the Insights website:

  1. Review the error seen in Insights and verified that the certificate is not the issue
  2. Check the Event Logs and found that the service account password for the Database had issues accessing the database:

  1. It was then made known that the password was recently reset for the SQL user.
