Insights site is down with an HTTP Error 500.30.
- Error is seen when accessing the Insights website:
- Review the error seen in Insights and verified that the certificate is not the issue
- Check the Event Logs and found that the service account password for the Database had issues accessing the database:
- It was then made known that the password was recently reset for the SQL user.
