HTML Element Component in Form Task

Hello everyone,
If the user uploads the file in the given form task then it should be saved in the project folder.
File upload is the html element component in the form task. how to do it please help

I tried adding the setting the output of the Html component as File but still it give null in return.
This the form task which contains file upload html component

what solution should be added to the form task
