HTML Buttons missing ending piece of link when embedded in Send Mail Message but Logs just before this show it with correct hyperlink?

As outlined in the title, I have an assign activity creating a button using html. This button(really two) are hyperlinks that when embedded in an email and then pressed by the recipient, write to a spreadsheet with some values (date, guid, approver name, and approved/rejected).

When adding this button into Send Mail Message the hyperlink is perfectly copied over for both up until the decision piece. See below example.

Logged Variable
https://hyperlinkexample/exec?Request%20ID=uniqueguid&Approver=yournamehere&Status=approved

Hyperlink that shows up in email
https://hyperlinkexample/exec?Request%20ID=uniqueguid&Approver=yournamehere

Missing the “&Status=approved” and I have no clue as to why.

Oh and the body of my email is super simple with the Button Variable being added at the end.

Any suggestions/thoughts?
