Job Description:
Tech Evangelist to help us build our automation community, and drive internal engagement/contribution.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a strategy for engaging current and potential RPA developers, and increase bench strength of technical expertise of skills across the company
• Articulate benefits and value proposition of the technology stack (UiPath, Microsoft, Task & Process Mining) to the citizen developers, super user, expert communities.
• Co-design and deliver learning programs (Bot-a-thons, Learning Labs, coding challenges, webinars, meetups), in partnership with internal/external stakeholders and technology partners (e.g. Microsoft, UiPath, AWS)
• Collaborate with BU, IACoE Hub & Factory teams to accelerate idea to automation to value journey (MTP) and improved citizen developer experience
• Stay up-to-date and share knowledge of roadmap, existing trends as well as best practices in Automation. Deliver timely and relevant communications to the citizen developer community, including coaches/mentors/expert users.
• Assist in organizing a calendar events, writing blogs, and owning the digital communication strategy for technology outreach. (eg. writing tutorials, how-to guides, newsletters, and other announcements

What you will bring:

Skills / Experience

Digital Transformation, Robotic Process Automation, AI/ML Technologies
• 5+ years of hands-on work experience in automation with UiPath and/or with other tools, with advanced RPA developer certification
• Industry relevant experience with automation/software development life cycle, challenges, best practices etc.
• Strong understanding of both business and technology strategy, change management, and a principled approach to identify and map digital transformation challenges and opportunities.

Technology Evangelism
• Experience creating technical content for large audiences, including tutorials, blogs, videos.
• Experience with community development to drive participation, engagement, and adoption
• Strong communication skills: an engaging presenter, speaker and a clear, concise author who can articulate complex concepts in easy-to-understand language.
• Highly skilled in communication (written and presentation) with good grasp of the Automation technology stack, and implementation challenges.
• Self-starter who loves to learn and work with ambiguity—you will identify gaps to fill in our developer marketing strategy and help define this role.
• User centricity and empathy: need to deeply understand the needs of RPA developers, be an advocate and represent their needs to the IACOE, UiPath, Microsoft etc product groups
• Contribute to community events such as BOT-a-Thon (a hackathon style event to build cognitive automation BOTs with disruptive technologies such as RPA, NLP, Chatbot, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence etc.)
• Passion for crowdsourcing projects and believe in contributing back to the community.
• Worked either in a technology company OR as a technical product/program manager

Project and Program Management
• Excellent collaboration and global stakeholder management, and influencing to create alignment on program outcome, delivery, participation and ownership
• Experience in Agile concepts, task and process mining, design thinking
• Experience in proactive risk assessment and management in project delivery
• Excellent, proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions
• Must be able to work in an agile, fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things are changing quickly.
• Excellent understanding of various social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Yammer, Microsoft Teams, and other social media best practices.
• Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering/computer science/IT
