How To write Inside The Config File

I am now in the advanced training of the UiPath and I am finding it difficult to make the performer as stated in the exercise of the Robotic Enterprise Framework. The difficulty which I am facing is the change of the config file as it is not clearly stated in the walkthrough provided in the assignment. Can anyone plz. help me with this matter!!

What is the difficulty you are facing?
You have to open the excel file and update the name and value pairs as suggested in the walkthrough document.
