How to write in PPT based on excel

Hi,
I have two Excel files in that i want to compare the Id column in both excel if match. Other Validation is in second excel Date columns current date to less than 7 days (based on Id reference and in between days)we want Considered. if both validation is success. i want take in second excel Name and Project Id column write in PPT.(only Name and Project Id columns inPPT)
Note: If both validation is success after that write in PPT (in PPT Name and ProjectId Columns Based on Both Validation is success).
for new user attachments not uploading.
for example excel are like this
