How to write dynamic formulas for current calendar Month & Year

I’m building a BOT that needs to include in an IF condition that checks whether the name of a file contains the last Fiscal Month and Fiscal Year compared to the current calendar month and year at the moment of running the BOT. So, it is clear that we need to use a dynamic formula that would store the current calendar month and year number when the BOT is ran and depending on that value it would pick from a file the corresponding value of the last Fiscal Month and Fiscal Year and compare the file title with that.
For now we are typing in manually the value as a work around, but I’d like to make it dynamic.
I tried to get from Date/Time > Choose OffSet > Type option (see below) but I see only Hours, Days, Months, Years, still… I need a combination of Month & Year. How do we write/build that? Any suggestions?
