How to write condition that while element not pop-up, then keep clicking "login" button

I have a senario, click login, then login page will pop-up. But sometime the “click” activity is not worked well. (the properties of click has try “default” or “simulate click” before, but neither of them worked well each time (the login process need to repeat hundres of times.)) Before click “login” button, I’ve added element exists for “login button”, so should be no issue will selector.

Here is what I want to do: keep click “login” untill the pop-up page appears where the button of “sign in” from the pop-up page exists. How to write this loop?

Please see attachment of exemples for the login page and pop-up page.

Appreciate in advance!
