How to work in a particular area in web-application

Hi,

I have to work only in a small/particular area of a site, and its not a clickable.

For clarity i am upload the image, how to i select this area only to work?? BTW i am just trying to count the name’s in bullet and extract the number from the ().

is right click option available means use bttn_right click and check it out
