How to view terminal package in Manage packages window

I am using community edition and trying to install uiptah.terminal.activites package, this package is not visible in all available packages list. Someone guide me how to get this terminal package in the manage packages window to install.

I also have the community edition. There are 2 pages, did you look on the 2nd one?
