How to use Type into in StudioX when pop-up appears

Hi,

Im new to RPA and a manage a few things. But when it comes to CRM-systems open a new window, type into doesnt work.

Example: Searching for a customer
Update bill adress (new window appear) and then it stops and says some error like it could not find GUI (the first view)

Im using StudioX

@Robin_Vadman - Press F2 and wait for the pop to appear and proceed…it will work…

@prasath17 Thanks for the reply. Where in the process should I press F2? I tried but im not certain where to press it.
