How can I use the --timeout parameter inside the uipathctl registry seed command?
Issue Description
When running the command to seed the temporary registry from in-cluster registry, in case the uipathctl registry seed command is failing, it's most probably because it results in a timeout.
Resolution
The uipathctl registry seed command supports a --timeout argument.
The default --timeout value is 5h. You can adjust this value (either by increasing or decreasing it) according to your needs. More details here.
There are also similar registry-related commands (e.g. registry seed-internal-registry, seed-temp-registry-from-in-cluster, etc.) that inherit this --timeout flag, mentioned here
However, if the registry hydration time exceeds 5h, we recommend checking with your networking team for any issues and opening a case with UiPath Support if further troubleshooting is needed.
