How to use Re-Framework and IntelligentOCR Framework in one project?

I want to use Re-Framework for a big scale project. However and as the project required dealing with unstructured data (text-bases image reports) we will use Abby FlexiCapture Engine part of IntelligentOCR package.

Question is, can we use both frameworks in the same project?
