How to use insert/delete rows to delete from excel table

I am trying to delete data from D29 to D40.
This is what my excel looks like:

How could I use Insert/Delete rows to delete the info? Or is there a better way to approach my problem?

Do you need to clear D29 and D30? if so WriteCell will help you as the following.

If you want to delete them, which option do you need in the following?

Hi there, yes I will need to delete D29 to D40 (Typo in my top post).
Deleting the entire row is ideal
