How to use Create Multiple Records in Data Service

Hi

Iv’e searched everywhere but can’t find the solution, how does the bulk upload and manipulation work? it accepts list of records, but how is this list created?

Can someone give an example of bulk uploading the data from an excel sheet to the Data Service.
