How to use click on Image using Click text activity with two different values in Text Property

Hello,

I want to click on single Line in Image where my two variable values will be matched. Currently I am using to click as per one variable value but it is not working perfectly. So I want to use one more value as checkpoint and then click.

Below is the Image where I want to click on Highlighted Line after I found the text 5249085 & CNL1H-5094HH into that line.
