How to use classification and splitting option in Latest document understanding feature? Is there any guidelines document provided by Uipath?

I have tried the latest features of Document understanding in UiPath but the newly introduced classification and splitting feature is not clear for me . Is there any document or courses available for learning this classification feature in UiPath Latest version?

Hi, @vignesh_S.M

Enable new splitter/classifier model and splitting in Advanced project settings (as in your screenshot).

Steps:

Build > Split documents > Annotate page ranges per type (e.g., Invoice/Report) > Train (min 5 subs).

Predictions show in table with confidence (your screenshot).

You can refer to the official UiPath Document Understanding documentation, especially the sections on Modern Projects and Classification & Splitting. UiPath Academy also has updated courses like “Document Understanding – Foundation” and “Document Understanding – Advanced” which explain the latest features.

Since this is a preview feature, detailed docs are limited, but UiPath Academy and the DU product documentation are the best places to start. You can also check UiPath Community Forum posts where UiPath team members explain this feature with examples.
