How to upgrade Orchestrator(WebApp with SQL)

I am using Orchestrator (WebApp with SQL) on Azure in a redundant configuration and would like to upgrade from 2019.10 to 2021.10.
However, I can’t find a document with clear instructions.
Does anyone know or have done the procedure?
