How to upgrade a Robot

Hello,

We have a Robot version 19.10.4 in the Production environment, and after developing a process with Studio version 21.4.4, this Robot cannot run the process because of this error:

I understand that the only solution is to upgrade the Robot to a version equal or higher than 20.4.0. Thus, I want to upgrade Robot, but I don’t know exactly the steps to follow. Is it simply to execute the msi file? And with which settings?

Keep in mind that the Robot (version 19.10.4) is currently in a Production environment running old processes (developed with a Studio lower than 20.4.0). What are the risks of upgrading the Robot to a higher version?
