How to update Studio LTS to the latest version within the tool?
Currently, the user has to go to Orch > Download Section and reinstall the new version. Is there a direct way to upgrade Studio from the product itself?
Not on LTS, this is to make sure new versions aren’t pushed to enterprise users without going through security controls etc etc
STS however will update automatically.
For enterprise it is recommended to update it manually to keep minimum control, but in case you want and you are admin I think you can go to Tenant >> Manage Access and edit the user or group of users
And there you will find the auto-update policy. It is possible that there are other places with this configuration as well

Self-update is possible only if updates are enabled and permitted by your organization’s setup; otherwise, you must update via Orchestrator download or IT deployment.
There is no option to update from the Studio.
If you want to upgrade to STS, then download from the orchestrator is the only option.

If you are using UiPath Studio LTS, you can normally update it through the UiPath Assistant / UiPath Automation Cloud, depending on how Studio was installed and managed.
If the newer LTS version is not available as an in-product update, you may need to download and install the latest version from Orchestrator → Downloads.
So, the update method depends on your installation type and how your organization manages UiPath Studio.
