How to update Date in a Row inside SmartSheet

Hello All,

I do have a problem that I’m facing.
I have some rows inside a Smartsheet that I have to update.
I have to update the Status column, a comments column and a Date column.
Unable to update the date in the column,
Error: Unable to conform to the strict requirement for type Date.

If Anyone can help me with it.
