How to understand the OC's tenant and folder?

In my opinion:
tenant will manage the branches of enterprise?
and folder will manage the different department?
Is it right?

Hi @jmy,
Not bad
Let me expand this.
For the tenant you may create completely separate instances of Orchestrator which will be managed in centralized cloud/website platform. Each tenant requires to have it’s own robot licenses. It’s a good approach when you have for example dev/test and production environment in your company.

Regarding Folder (in terms of new Modern Folders) you can treat it similar to Active Directory when each folder can have it’s robots/users defined in desired logic to maintain the environment with more organized and efficient way.
