How to understand license usage

I’m doing the UiPath AI Center Overview course and I’m at the Practice part.

I’m encountering a problem where, after creating the Pipelines their status is stuck at “Waiting for licenses”. I’m really lost here as the documentation regarding licenses is quite messy. What do I need to do for AI Center to work?
