How to uncheck the setting “Allow unlisted file name extensions” in IIS?

I would like to revive this topic for this year 2024 .

We in our UiPath orchestrator licensed environment are trying to imbibe some security related changes . Hence as part of that want to know can we uncheck this setting ??

Can we uncheck the setting “Allow unlisted file name extensions” in IIS ?

Unchecking "Allow unlisted file name extensions" results in 404.7 error
