How to type into fields that are not editable until double clicked, for each row in the webpage?

I want to update every number to 365 but to make the field editable you have to double click first. If possible to conditionally set this up so only those with a green thumb are actioned that would be helpful but not really that important.

Main issue I am having is getting it to detect and input into the fields when the numbers currently there can vary and then getting it to go row by row down, when I don’t think these are set up as rows in the web page.
