How to turn Excel, Ward and PDF files into TIFF files

Hi,
I need to know how to turn Excel, Ward, and PDF files into TIFF files

If I have N pages within one PDF file I need to divide each N-page fluff page into one PDF file.
For every page in an excel file, I need to turn it into a TIFF file.

It’s urgent for me.
