How to fix the Nuget connection attempt failure? Robot is unable to download packages and returns error NU1801. Orchestrator job fails with error NU1801. Can't run project from Studio because of error NU1801. When trying to open a process in UiPath Studio, the error "NU1801: Unable to load the service index for source https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json" is thrown.

Issue Description:
This type of error is thrown when there is a network issue between the computer and the activity package feed, which could be due to the firewall enabled in the machine or any restrictions on accessing online feeds.

Resolution:
To solve this, whitelist the endpoints that allow communication between the computer and the feed. The endpoints are described on the Services The Robot Connects to page.

Notes:
  • If the endpoints are whitelisted, try with a dependency repair.
  • If any package appears as unresolved, right-click on it and select Resolve Dependency.
