How to Troubleshoot Error : Interactive Connect is Not Available

How to troubleshoot when Interactive connect is not available ?

Issue Description: When trying to Login to Orchestrator from UiPath Studio or UiPath Assistant, following error is obtained : Interactive connect is not available or Interactive connect is not enabled for this tenant.

Resolution : In order to connect UiPath Assistant, either enable the Interactive Sign in feature from Orchestrator or connect UiPath Assistant with the help of Machine key.

For Enabling Interactive Sign in :

In Orchestrator, go to Tenant > Settings > Security, and then select Allow both user authentication and Robot key authentication. Read more on Setting up Interactive Sign In .
