How to stop Process without Orchestrator on Error

Scenario:on error log the file and stop process

Others if Relevant: (workflow, logs, .net version, service pack, etc): i would like to stop process once the error is being updated customized Excel log file. i have used Kill process but it only kills the process and continues the execution without stopping process.

How to stop execution flow, its very urgent kindly help immediately as soon as possible
