I want to know to work in agile development environment

@Swagasmini_Jena - this should be similar to any other project being done in agile.

At a high level:

  1. create a backlog of processes that are to be optimized (use JIRA preferably)
  2. backlog grooming to prioritize and groom high priority story
  3. sprint planning + point processes - plan for the next sprint, pick process or processes depending on capacity
  4. use a Scrum or a Kanban board to track/run sprint
  5. end of the sprint, demo automated process to business
  6. repeat 1 to 5
