How to split particular range row and update value in each split in excel

Hi Team,

I have 2 excel and i need to split 50 cell after should insert one blank row while i append the data one excel to another and update each 50 cell to mark G1,2,3,… like that in “Group” column if below 50 in excel no need split.

Please anyone help me for this
