How to solve this problem? “Digitize Document”

There’s error pop up when we read the PDF file. See below error message.
But I ever run it successfully without this error, it fails now. I searched the similar problem and someone replied there’s API key problem but I cannot debug any problem on API. Can you help me? Thanks

A Digitize Document: Could not load file or assembly ‘Emgu.CV.Platform.NetStandard, Version=4.5.3.4721, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7281126722ab4438’. The system cannot find the file specified.
