How to show in insights if an item has been postponed?

I’m trying to build a dashboard showing all items that have been deferred, but “defer” is not in the Insights options.

Is there a way I can get this “snooze” information and use it in the dashboard?

  • There is no rule or standard for the item to be postponed.
  • Some Items are delayed more than once.

You can use Queue item’s defer date property for the same…
