How to set the variable scope to speechsynthesiser

I am using trial version of UiPath. How to set the variable scope to speechsynthesiser .
I cannot find the namespace System.speech.synthesis.SpeechSynthesizer in variable type nor in namespace .

Open the xml file. and add the reference manually.

Close the studio and open it again and you can see the

Hi,
Can anyone tell me does how Twilio activities like send sms , outbound calls work in UiPath.
I have created my account via https://www.twilio.com and I have got account SID and auth Token but still I got error that method not found “void RestSharp.RestClient”

UiPath will not be going to support the Twillio Activity.
