How to Set Pre and Post condition check after each type into and click activity

We have a Oracle Session Popup which occurs every 4 hours .Few transaction take more than 8 hours to complete. We have implemented logic using Stop Watch to check 4 hours but there are so many click and Type into activities and we want to call it before/after each activity .How can we set this as pre and post condition check in Uipath.
