How to Set an Expiration Time for a Task in the Action Center?

Hello UiPath Community,

I’m currently working on a project that involves the Action Center, and I have a specific requirement. I need to set an expiration time for tasks that are sent to the Action Center to avoid the task being pending indefinitely.

I’ve searched through the documentation and forums but haven’t found a clear answer. Could anyone guide me on how to achieve this?

Maybe a solution using the REST Api Calls will work for you

  • Create a process
    • Rest CALL get All pending tasks, ready to close (using filters)
    • Close the Task

Run this process by a trigger daily
