How to send the Body of the post method in HTTP request?

I need to give the KEY/VALUE like userName : tgg@on.services ,
password:… in body of HTTP request.
I don’t know how to give this in body and also I have tried the body like “{”“userName”“: [tgg@on.services]}” as per the forum regarding this topics but facing the error…
Can anyone guide me?
