How to Send Proactive mail to users?

Hi Experts,

Please check this scenario and let me know the process

Scenario is i am getting a lot of mails from users regarding their issues whenever the Specific text(**Leave)**is exist then we need to get those kind of mails and send them before they mail comes in.

Is it possible with UiPath

Hi,
As per my understanding, you can take actions on some mails only if they are sent.

You can send prior mail to users but not based on what they are going to send.

Apologies, I won’t think there is any way to build bot to send prior mail based on what user is going to send.
